We purchased the Rivo stainless steel black cold shower. I couldn’t find anything comparable online and this product met our needs perfectly as our water supply comes off our irrigation system and every other outdoor shower I found was set-up for hot and cold water lines. The installation was very simple even for non-handy people like ourselves and we’re very impressed by the quality of the materials. Also happy with the quick delivery to Vancouver, Canada with no added duties. We installed it on a 4x4 cedar post and the shower looks great next to our barrel sauna.

I had a problem with the mixing valve and they replaced it immediately.

Built my shower around the Makai shower and have enjoyed it seasonally for several years. Recently had an issue that the customer service team addressed promptly going well above and beyond what I had expected. Very happy to have my shower back up and operating.

After replacing the existing valve that was leaking with the new one we ordered, same make and model, it leaked in the same place changed the cartridge only still leaked . At this point the owner asked us to remove it and they would find another valve to replace it with.
I have tried repeatedly to call and email customer service and never had anyone answer or email me back. Customer service is not only terrible but nonexistent
