Great product AND customer service

I bought a Kenzo outdoor shower through Wayfair several months ago. I had some questions and created some problems of my own. Every time I reached out to AquaStyle, I received a prompt and helpful response. I am very impressed with the shower AND the customer service!

Derek Green is an excellent employee

I have had numerous communications with Derek Green about fixing an accidental freeze issue in my outdoor shower. He was prompt, very helpful, patient,, and solved my leak issue. Our outdoor shower is fantastic, BTW.
Give that man a raise!
