The shower came very well boxed so no damage could occur. It is better than the images online. We won’t be able to install it for a few more weeks (we’re still in construction) but it appears to be very well made so I fully expect it it work as expected. If not, I already know their customer service is responsive since they answered all my pre-purchase questions.

I didn't want a rainfall shower head because I didn't think it would give me the water pressure I needed to wash my hair, but it comes through. I really love the stylish appearance and the functionality. It's really a solid piece and works perfect. Great to have next to the hottub.
